The following provides and explanation of what the various online order statuses mean:

Processing - This means that we have your order and all is well. It has not yet been packed by the warehouse and will be sent there at our next packing and shipping round which begins from 11am each week day.

Shipped - The shipped status means that the order has moved from the online store to the warehouse for packing. This happens at 11am each week day. It does not necessarily mean that the courier has picked up the order yet. Soon after your order is marked shipped it will receive a tracking number which will be visible on the order in the Your Account section of the site. Not every order gets a tracking number so please don't be concerned if yours doesn't.

Completed - At 11am the working day after the order has been marked as Shipped, the order automatically receives the Completed status. This does not necessarily mean that you have received the order yet. We don't have a direct connection to our couriers systems yet via our website so we aren't able to detect exactly when each order is in our customer's hands. This will possibly be added in future. If your order has a Completed status but you haven't received it yet please don't worry it should be with you soon. If it has been a particularly long time and you have tracked the order and still don't have it, please get in touch via the chat box.

Cancelled - For some reason the order has not been completed properly and has been marked Cancelled. You should not be charged for this. Please get in touch via the chat box if you think this is in error.

Failed - The order has failed for some reason. You should not be charged for this. Please get in touch via the chat box on the site if you need help .

Pending Payment - Payment for the order has not been completed and you are still able to pay for the order via the Your Account section on the site.
