Current Deluxe Online Shipping Info

Currently we are only shipping with our delivery partner Aramex to anywhere in South Africa but will have some more couriers on-board soon.

Our free local Cape Town CBD delivery van option is on-hold for the time being.

Minimum total order weight is 0.5Kg

We do not offer order online and collect at a store functionality yet. It will be coming soon. You are still obviously able to buy our coffee at any of our stores in the normal way though.

Currently our prices are as follows and you will currently get free shipping for anything over 5kgs.

Timings

We’re shipping with Aramex’s economy method, which should take on average 1 – 4 business days.

We process orders from our site at the start of every business day.

Tracking And Delivery

Once we process your order in the warehouse and hand off to Aramex, you will receive an email with tracking details and will be kept up to date on tracking events.

Aramex will call you if you are not home or miss a delivery. They will attempt delivery 3 times so don’t panic if you miss them. Please allow them time to get it to you b

Order Tracking

You are able to track your order from the My Account section of the site where you should see a tracking code next to your order. This will appear once we have processed the order in the warehouse.

We make every effort to get you your orders as quickly as we can and as fast as we can. If your order is marked with a status of "Shipped" or "Complete" then it should be on the way. Sometimes our courier partners experience delays and can't get it to you as quickly as they should. Please be patient.

Question 3

Do you sell or hire/rent out coffee machines?

Accepted Answer

We aren't able to hire out coffee machines and don't sell coffee machines.

However If you are looking to buy a café sized espresso machine and stock our coffee we can help facilitate the purchase with a supplier. Please get in touch with that.

You can also try, Tecnico who can help with the rental and service of machines.

Deluxe Online Store vs Physical Stores

Accepted Answer

Our physical stores and online stores are separate entities.

Only if you have an existing offline store account, please contact general operations with your request on orders@deluxecoffeeworks.co.za or message us with the Chat box.

Question 5

How do I order your coffee for our café or restaurant?

Accepted Answer

You can order any amount via the online store.

Alternatively, if you would like to open an offline, post-pay account with head office if you are ordering a large amount regularly, please get in touch with us via the chat box on the site.

Question 6

Do you offer barista training.

Accepted Answer

If you are a café or restaurant customer stocking our coffee we can likely offer you barista training. Please get in touch. We cannot offer private individuals training. Sorry.

Origin Coffee in Green Point, Cape Town has a course that we would recommend. We are looking at adding our own courses sometime too.
